About Me
My name is Joseph Hendel, and I am a theatre director, digital and performance artist, Ph.D. candidate, and lifelong learner/experimenter. Born in New York City, I am currently living in Co. Galway, Ireland while studying for my Ph.D. in Studio Art at the Burren College of Art where my practice-based research in digital and performance art looks at the intersection of male power and digital technology. I have a B.A. in Music from Yale College and an M.F.A in Theater and Dance Directing from UC San Diego.
